Report on Ordinance No. 27 of 191..

I have examined the accompanying Ordinonce, entitled

An Ordinance to yet further amend the Widows' and

Orphans' Pension Ordinance, 1908.

and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to the Governor's

Instructions.

The Ordinance is introduced in consequence of the

decision of His Majesty's Secretary of State intimated in his despatch of the 30th. May 1911 that contribution to the Widows' and Orphans' Pension scheme should not be compulsory in the case of the Auditor and Assistant Auditor.
